Social Mine ("we", "us") operates socialmine.ai. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Account info: email address and hashed password at registration.
- Product data: your product URL, description, ICP, and niche keywords.
- Social OAuth tokens: stored encrypted at rest, used only to post on your behalf when you explicitly trigger an action.
- Usage data: which screens you use, button clicks, and session duration — used to improve the product.
- Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see raw card numbers.
What we don't collect
- We never sell your data to third parties.
- We never use your data to train models for other customers.
- We never store message content you choose not to send.
Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@socialmine.ai — we'll process it within 7 business days.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie for authentication and anonymous analytics via Plausible (no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking). No ad-targeting cookies.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
- Right to access: request a copy of your data at any time.
- Right to erasure: ask us to delete your account and all associated data.
- Right to portability: export your leads, settings, and activity log as JSON.
- Right to object: opt out of analytics at any time via account settings.

Terms of Service
By using Social Mine you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the product — we'll miss you.
What you can do
- Use Social Mine to find, draft, and send platform-native outreach for your own product or business.
- Connect your social accounts and grant Social Mine OAuth access to post on your behalf.
- Cancel your subscription at any time.
What you can't do
- Use Social Mine to spam, harass, impersonate, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
- Circumvent platform rate limits intentionally or in ways that could endanger your accounts.
- Resell or white-label Social Mine's output or infrastructure.
- Use the service for illegal purposes, including violating any platform's terms of service.
Platform compliance
Social Mine operates within the posted rate limits and API terms of Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram). You are responsible for ensuring your use of auto-posted content complies with each platform's community standards.
Disclaimers
Social Mine is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about lead conversion rates, reply outcomes, or trial signups. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Liability
Our maximum liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no charge and no card required to begin. You won't be billed until the trial ends, so you can evaluate Social Mine risk-free.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund that payment in full — no questions asked.
Monthly & annual plans
- Monthly: cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate partial months.
- Annual: request a refund within 14 days of renewal for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you keep access through the paid term.
How to request
Email support@socialmine.ai from your account email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
